Look folks, in my humble opinion, I strongly believe that this should at least reverse high-frequency hearing loss.

Wait... So there was supposed to be phase 1b and they skipped it???

That SHOULD be the case as hearing loss is one of the major worldwide health epidemics and hundreds of millions of people have it.

I mean if this thing worked in vitro and in other mammals, why the hell wouldn't it work in vivo as well?! Makes no sense if it doesn't.

Let's see the results next year. It's either Frequency Therapeutics or Audion at this point.

Well, it won't matter if REGAIN is able to cure severe or profound hearing loss. If it only helps a bit than it won't allow further treatments to the patients in the future to restore more of their hearing, that would be a problem. Hopefully AUDION helps with hearing 100%.

We should have Audion Phase 2 results in the beginning of the next year right? If so that is very exciting...

I can bet $10,000 that tinnitus is triggered by high frequency hearing loss, for me at least that definitely is the case.

I think that if anything we will have high frequency hearing loss treated at first. That's awesome because that's what's damaged when the ears are exposed to excessive noise.

Ey guys, it's great that FX-322 got fast track status. Shouldn't we be optimistic now about it because it restored hearing in mice? That makes it a 99% chance that it will work in humans, right?

Ey guys, pay attention to Audion's Regain trial. We will have info whether their thing cures hearing loss next year. They are going with this much more efficiently and if their thing works we will have our treatment most probably next year. I feel like they are genuinely working to get the cure...
