Totally!Since Wednesday(the concert) spike has been going down slowly.It's almost like before. so happy :) also i can hear it loud at night but it does not matter because i try not to focus on it and just distract myself and it works well.

Yeah I don't think the app works properly to be honest!Like at the gym the max it showed me it was 95 db (calm music and can say it wasnt even close to loud.)when a concert is 110 dB! :)))

I will definitely! I dont think Prednisone did that to be honest, I think the stress and the sleep, I couldn't get a good sleep and I was stressed so it could be that, thanks God I do not hear it when I m outside, because I can mask it And Sam, I know..Oh I can only imagine how lucky are some...

I really avoided noise since the concert, I went to the gym but it never ever affected my tinnitus.Seems like I really cannot cope with it at night though :(

Update the tinnitus is the same, didnt really notice it during the day but at night it is worse and I don't know why!!!!!

I felt better today, though my spike right now(at night) is the worst..it is ok during the day but at night I can hear it so loud!

I got the Prednison somehow I took it minutes ago but since I woke up seems like the spike is getting worse!I really don'T know what to do..one day passed and there's still the spike causing me to be anxious!Hopefully it is all gone away by Saturday..:(

Me I go movies maybe 3-4 times a month!No spikes to be honest, no earplugs.My tinnitus , I didnt realise it existed anymore!So I think you would be fine without earplugs..I got a T spike after a concert though
