    @Julien87 i never put much expectation T will be faded away fully. My T only noticeable and loud in quiet environment. I can see many floaters after developed T. T can cause your brain sensitive to what you seen.

    I believe more on hair cells in the cochlea to bend rather than damage. That why our brains are trying to amplify the input we listen. This happens when we are in a completely silent room where tinnitus is always super loud.

    I mean an audiogram. It won't affect your tinnitus. Most ENTs will give you an audiogram before giving you advice.

    @n_li808 Have you tried to eat light for your dinner? No heavy food 3-4 hours before sleep. You can also elevate your pillow a bit to reduce blood pressure in your head. Take one banana 1-2 hours before sleep. It helps me a bit to calm my tinnitus down at night.

    It's less likely your tinnitus was caused by ear wax since you have developed tinnitus in both ears. Better to seek ENT for advice and have a hearing test.
