My Tinnitus appeared quickly within a few seconds, about 7 months ago.
I have habituated to some degree and can forget about it when I am busy and mentally engaged. I've used Mindfulness to help me over the shock of getting it and it has worked quite well. Despite this, I am determined to find some way of reducing the intensity, so I have done lots of research and found about 5 different approaches, which I shall try one by one over the rest of the year. I'll update everyone with the results.
