Thank you for replying! It's been a really tough week for me. I thought about ending my own life. Then thought that would be incredibly selfish but still that nagging thought. I wont do it as I do have positive things in my life.

Hi All, How do you all cope with day to day life? Do you work? Do you have children? If you had a child before tinnitus would you have another one now? Do you still go out? How do you live?

Ok I have tried not to ask this question... but can't hold off any longer. I have had tinnitus for 5 months now. It's safe to say it's permanent?

It seems louder. I haven't been well with a bad cold and now it's so loud. I don't think I can do this.

My Tinnitus seems to be getting worse. I just can't cope with it anymore.

Today I had a few hours of not hearing my tinnitus. This is a first. Maybe there is a chance that it will be OK.

If the ringing has nearly been here 3 months is it less likely to go away?
