Anxinnitus

Ryan, 30 years old. Tinnitus in left ear after I performed Valsalva Maneuver (Barotrauma?) And Tinnitus in right ear from recreational drug ototoxic effects :(

Anxiety has transformed my life in two months. The surreal shift has hit me extremely hard. I want peace with myself, that is all.
