The crack/pop is the sound of a muscle. They are 3 possibilities: TTRS, palatal myoclonus, or stapedius muscle myoclonus spasm

It is a cracking/clicking sound. It could also be like 2 very quick crackling sounds I suppose... In fact my left tube can open, it just requires a lot more blow... the right opens very quickly. Am thinking it could be it is still inflamed/swollen but after 2 months and half that seems maybe too...
