    I recently met with a Duke specialist who does stirrup replacement with a titanium bone if calcified. The calcified stirrup causes tinnitus and hearing loss. Mine is noise induced. For years I suspected I had fluid in my left ear.After years I got myringotomy and inserted tube. I had lots of thick fluid.Hearing aids offer hope for relief but no cure in the horizon. Signia notch therapy might help.
