  • Brenda I am seriously curious if your T has anything to do with migraines. You've made so many comments that make me think that. I can elaborate if you'd like.
LilSass, please let me know how your scan goes.

Hi Brenda! Mine has been pushed back to September, but I certainly will. Just an FYI, if you put @LilSass I will be alerted to your message. My name is Sarah BTW. Stay strong Brenda :)
You too! Sounds like we both have the same problem LilSass :). I just ate a salad and the T is back loud noise in my right ear. UGH
No it's not causing my T. sad to say. I think I just have to live with the T. :(

Sorry, Brenda. Hopefully it'll get easier with time.
Hi Brenda! How did your CT scan go? How are you doing? :)
    Brenda Klein
I have a tiny mucous retention cyst polyp in the high left maxillary sinus. ENT is not doing anything about it. I have to use nasal spray for now.

The tinnitus still comes and goes.

Did they say that's what's causing the t? Hope ur well!
Hi Brenda! Please let me know how your ct scan goes - I'll be booking myself in for one soon. Thx
I just start taking it a few days ago. Another question...I wake up every morning with right side of sinus clogged/
Anyone take Lipo Flavonoid? Did it help you? My ENT Dr. gave me some last Friday.
    Croaker
It's a scam. The only association "lipo flavonoid" has with tinnitus is marketing.

I think some people here had reported improvements. Search the forum. I don't think it can harm you, so might as well try it. You can also try NAC, Magnesium, etc. Have you had any improvements compared to how you felt at the start of April? In my experience the biggest healer is time and avoiding the noises that don't feel right to you.
ENT Dr. is scheduling a CT scan of my brain. UGH scared

A CT scan isn't as loud as an MRI scan.

I would call ahead and explain the situation, my doctors were pissed I wasn't offered a sedative to help with the pain and anxiety when I got an MRI. Maybe that could be an option for you.

Sorry I got them confused, late night browsing. MRI scans are the one to be careful with
Tinnitus comes and goes. Headache on right side of head. I've been to two ENT Dr.'s no help. What is going on with me?
Yes Brenda, I had an acoustic neuroma tumor removed in 2013 from my right ear. Left me deaf in that ear with tinnitus. It was really difficult habituating to the tinnitus with the deaf ear. But about eight years later from my onset of tinntius; I have many great days where tinnitus does not trouble me. It took a lot of prayer and the grace of God to see me to this point.

Glad you've found comfort, Joe. Tinnitus is really tough sometimes.

I'm not sure if my tinnitus is due to sinus blockage. The ENT I went to did a hearing test and looked in my ears nose. Told me it was from the chemo meds I took 18 months ago. I called my cancer Doc. She said No wasn't from that. I have a clogged sinus but no infection. I've had that for a couple years but goes away mid morning usually. Now it's all day and the ringing in my right ear is loud somedays.

There are many different ways someone can come down with tinnitus. Hearing loss is the main culprit; however you can get tinnitus from ototoxic drugs, TMJ, high blood pressure, allergies, ear infections, diabetes, ear wax, acoustic neuroma, cardio vascular disease, head and neck injury, and eustachian tube problems.
Acoustic neuroma? Anyone go through this. I have ringing in one ear.

Not me, but Mark Ruffalo the actor has. Your T might go away once it's been taken care of, but I can't be sure.
