Brendon

I was living my life and I moved apartments back in december. Moved all the stuff myself. Then the humming started in my ears. Bought two chest freezers and moved them into my apartment myself and boom tinnitus got loud. Hot tubs make it go away (as long as my neck gets wet). Long relaxing walks make it go away for a while too for whatever reason. Also being near the ocean seems to cause it to go silent too. Dunno why. But driving in a car or hoping in a shower - these kinds of sounds seem to aggravate the tinnitus and cause it to come back. Lost my job because I can't sleep and had to move back in with mom at 37 years old. Bleak prospects for the future as I can barely manage day to day.
