I have that as well. I've had it for a month and a half now. Been sadly mines been getting worse. Not that it's gotten louder, but I keep getting new tones. Been hell for me.

Do you happen to know anybody who has habituated to reactive tinnitus? I've acquired it recently and I'm so damn scared I'll never get used to it.

If you all have seen my recent post, I've acquired reactive T. After being habituated for a year and a half now to my hissing tone, I've gone back to my dark days. A month and a half ago I woke up to this mild high pitched sound that reacted to stuff like running water and ceiling fans and such...
