    Getting Used... Or Not...!

    hi, got Tinnitus on November, when i also lost my right ear hearing (Sudden Hearing Loss). There are good and bad momments. trying to be positive about it, I know i´m not getting my hearing back, but hope to find solution for the tinnintus... doing exercise and eating healthy, no more...
