Otonomy Q1 2019 Financial Results & Business Update

So OTO-313 reduces THI by only 10 points? What the heck! My THI goes down by more than 10 points after I go for a run and a good night sleep!!!! Not to mention that Lenire reduces THI more, from what I can vaguely remember.

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

@Lucifer @gorzakus @Watasha Hi there. Neuromod came back to me after emailing them about braces and dental retainers (I was actually impressed that they replied!). Their reply was: "The Instructions for Use described in the User Manual for Lenire® states: “Contact between the tonguetip® and...

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

@acute, I used to be afraid of flying as well. I flew a couple of times after I got tinnitus and it didn’t affect my tinnitus. I do wear noise cancelling headphones but I don’t think it matters much.

Lenire — Bimodal Stimulation Treatment by Neuromod

This might be a silly question, but do you guys think that wearing braces could affect the effectiveness of this device? Wouldn’t the metal in the mouth affect the electrical signal? This came across my mind after I read they specifically ask about tongue piercings.

Amoxicillin / Josamycin — Ototoxic? Safe for Someone Who Has Tinnitus?

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8484488 I thought that all antibiotics ending in -cin are aminoglycosides, which are ototoxic. The above article seems to say otherwise.
