I've had tinnitus as long as I can remember, realized it watch the tonight show back in the 70's when Johnny Carson was still host and Tony Randall (from the Odd Couple) was on talking about tinnitus and I had my "ah ha" moment (of course this was before 'ah ha' moments) and realized this is what I was hearing all the time. Got remarkably worse after getting my chewing pattern out of whack waiting for a root canal a few years ago. So constant ringing in left ear, moderate low level in right. Never knew there was a group online for this, had been looking for info/support/guidance for the last few years.
