I can actually feel my eardrum twitching when it does it

Anybody experience a random thumping sound in ear. It comes and goes . Been having this for a couple days and is starting to worry me. I also fill slight fullness in left ear( that's the one that's thumping). Right ear has the normal hissing that I always have.

Do you recommend anything for slight fever. Coming down with cold or flu and need something for fever. Thanks

Does anybody's tinnitus get louder with certain noises. Just watching tv or air conditioning kicking on for example causes mine to spike.

It actually beeps to sound. If I plug my ear it stops. If in a quite room and someone's talking to me it is more single beeps(e-e-e). If in a room with a lot is background noise, watching tv it is more faster beeps( eeeee-eeee-ee). It's only in my right ear. If no noise just a mild buzz
