I don't understand how certain beers have different effects for me. Some beers lowers T, others heightens it, overall it feels like mild alcohol consumption treats T.

My ENT told me to wait 2 months before I see her again. I don't know if I wasted my time, or they can actually help you. I feel the answer will be there was nothing that could have been done anyways.

Yep, it does surprise you :( I can't sleep without any noise, T is just too distracting.

Alcohol relieves tinnitus for abit. At least for me. You should never go cold turkey with a severe addiction to alcohol. It can be deadly. Instead you should have slowly tampered off.

That's really positive. 99% of people probably dont feel it to be that way, in rare cases some people hear music :)

Do you compare the sound to pleasant childhood memories? Sometimes it sounds like grasshoppers and I think back to the warm summer nights, and it calms me down. Sounds were muffled for around 10 days mostly in the right ear.

Tinnitus sucks :( Felt suicidal at first but I'm slowly accepting that it is there. Doesn't make much sense that our brains create this nonsense signal. 100% scary

I have done it with one parent, only because they told me they disowned me and I wasn't their son. That was after years of yelling at the smallest mistakes or taking out their frustrations on me. Years of emotional abuse and I feel much better now that I don't have to listen to that person...
