I like going to the movies but I fear the loud noise could make my tinnitus worse. Tonight I went to a roller skate rink for adult night and wow... so loud. I asked if it would be quieter during day hours and I was told the volume is the same. I had fun but still... I couldn't hear myself...

I found a good white noise generator app for my phone. It's called "White Noise Free" https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tmsoft.whitenoise.lite&hl=en It has a lot of different sounds, I like the "air conditioner" one.
