The blood test say my thyroid us acting normally. Both are swollen, and its not due to stones, they never inflate and deflate like when you have stones. Its prob some autoimmune response imo. Ill never know now

mines like yours, deep humming, stops with noises caries on between, started in 2010, just keeps getting louder. General dizziness, rarely any vertigo. No diagnosis but i think i have hydrops. More noises started over the years. I have 3 or 4 now, different sounds in each ear.
