New Sound... It Sounds Like a Singing Beeping? (I Simulated the Sound for You Guys to Hear)

So this is exactly what it sounds like, as well as the duration of beeps and frequency (tone and amount).

It's always happening, but mostly in my right ear and the volume of it gets louder over my laptop fan, running tap, wind, etc.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, one of mine is the same just a lot higher in pitch. It competes with sounds. That type comes and goes for me. Unlike the other two.
