Well I had the MRI and thankfully no spike. It didn't seem that loud (GE machine). It only took 20 minutes and I closed my eyes and focused on breathing. Thanks for all the input.

Hi @ItsNate101 ... I know how terrifying it can be but you can try to distract yourself at those times or do some deep breathing exercises. We are here for you. Give it some time day by day one at a time. I wish you well..

Have you ever thought of speaking to a dietitian. You might eliminate the gas through the combination of the right foods and not require the enzymes. Just a thought.

@GregCA Thank you so very much. It will probably be for my head and brain to look for trouble possibly causing my tinnitus. I just want to make sure nothing's going on upstairs. Do they supply hearing protection or do I have to bring some?

Yes i am taking an AD right now. It is Citalopram 20mg. It lowers my anxiety and helps with my depression. It is in a class of drugs called SSRI. Selective Serotonin Reuptake inhibitors. As it controls my anxiety i no longer have panic attacks that spike my tinnitus. Hope this helps
