Experiencing Fullness, Echo, and Increased Tinnitus on One Side: Could It Be Autophony?

Hey all, In addition to my chronic head hissing, I've developed intermittent fullness, blockage, or muffled hearing on my left side. It's accompanied by a metallic-sounding echo when I speak, especially with frequencies near my hearing loss range. Could this be autophony? I've also noticed...

    Is Flagyl Safe with Tinnitus?

My tinnitus has worsened twice: after taking Cephalexin and Amoxicillin. I don't believe it's due to ototoxicity. I think it's more likely related to mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and/or gut dysbiosis.

Sleep Supplement Spiking My Tinnitus: Any Idea Why?

I am sorry about your spikes. This is a guess, but looking at your ingredients, I think it could be L-theanine. The literature refers to L-theanine as a partial agonist of the NMDA receptor, which exerts its effects by modulating GlunN2A and GluN2B gene expression. I hope the Melatonin helps...

Going to Dentist: What Preventive Drugs and Steps Should Someone with Tinnitus Consider?

Yes, I've used laser to revise a root canal. I had a heavily filled tooth, that needed a revision of a broken filling. It wasn't loud at all, only some zap sounds. I just wore earplugs. There was no pain - so no need for drugs.
