Hello Salty/Spicy food T spike... we meet again.
THC and Hyperacusis... don't play well together.
The future is looking bright! Or should I say... sounding quiet?
It seems like now that I've had T for a while.. days either swing from really shitty or pretty good; with no average. Wonder why.
Does anyone else notice that spicy/salty foods flare up their H?

Anybody else rub CBD cream on the places where their H is causing discomfort? For me it's behind my ear at base of skull. Seems to work.
Getting over the small speaker issue after an H setback is the most annoying thing. #BetterDaysAreAhead

Bah! Had a slight T/H spike this past week from playing a video game for an hour. I guess it was too loud, but my decibel meter disagrees.
