    No H these days. T is just about gone. Hang in there, it takes a long time, but this can get better!

    How is your tinnitus doing? Your story gives me hope because you have recovered from long tinnitus spikes before.

    My T is overall much better than a year ago, but still quite dynamic with good days and bad days. I think the vigilant protection helped a lot, but it takes much work, and too much though to think about everything you do in a day and if hearing protection is required.
