If its a noise induced you should do a audio test but I cannot believe that a own scream can do this. Maybe anxiety and stress? Wish you fast recovery ❤

Do an audio test (ask for full range test up to 20kHz).

Tony, you have high frequency hearing loss (maybe from noise). T is coming from this missing frequencies I guess but who knows...

Who knows? At least you can try and know that you've tried that too. So you had T in 2001 and then in 2011 started again, then stoped again and now you have it 3td time from 2016?... what did you do to recover from the first two times?
