    I might be in the same program that you are. I wear a Widex hearing aid with four different types of Zen tones.

    How do you fall back to sleep once awakened by the noise?

    Sound enrichment. That works for me. On the most part I can fall asleep without it, but occasionally I do wake up and the noise does my head in, so I just wack on a box fan sound on my phone. Always helps me :)

    Thanks Steph. I took a half muscle relaxant before bed last night but still took me a long time to fall asleep..seems when I get in bed I get anxious or anxiety ..I did get some sleep tho
