So if you go to a bar/pub you go with no earplugs? Good to hear

Do you still go to bars/pubs? And if so do you wear earplugs?

I'm a big bar guy and was wondering if some people here still go? Obviously I wouldn't go to one that's really loud without earplugs. I did that a few weeks ago before I knew I definitely had tinnitus and obviously it's not s great idea.

I'm a guy who likes to drink on the weekend but I've read some things where it can spike tinnitus. I've drank a few times so far on it and I don't think it really effected my tinnitus. Do any of you still drink and not feel any effect with the t?

Congrats bro! And even if a little noise comes back don't let it get you down. It's simply noise it can't hurt you Anytime you get a little down just write down all the things/people you love about life. It will override this one perceived negative

Not bad though there's times its loud so I might need a sleeping pill. Funny thing I always needed noise to sleep anyway. Always had a fan on even in the winter

Still get down and frustrated at times but life is too precious too let a sound ruin me

Mine came on high for about an hour and has lowered now I think the key is to ride it out and not stress about it. Do something to keep your mind off it till it lowers a little

Haven't been diagnosed with anything. My guess is tinnitus from loud headphones. This new loud noise I'm not sure. I've been out a few times in loud places or bars maybe that irritated it? I'm gonna buy earplugs soon

It's that one note and then some light ringing in the back at times It's weird because at one time in the beginning i only heard the ringing when it was loud and in quiet it was very low.. Now it's the opposite.. I'm also at times sensitive to noise and at times not lol As bad as the loud...

Not a thumping but like a involuntary twitch and sinus pressure. Luckily the pressure is gone because I had trouble closing my eyes for a few nights
