2mg x 4. It was prescribed for an anxiety order. But, yes, looking back I can see how dangerous it was and how I'm really thankful to those doctors working with me now. I still take 0.5mg, but certainly not as much.

Yes it is, and I really didn't know that until recently. I was on that dosage for at least 7 or 8 years - nonstop. My new doctors are very concerned and have really been good about explaining the dangers of Clonazepam and lowering the dosage every other month. As I said, I'm taking 0.5 mg...

I take 0.5mg Clonazepam twice a day and it hasn't helped calm the ringing at all, but then maybe it's contributing. I've been on that medication for so long. Started out at 2mg four times a day years and years ago. I'd really like to stop taking it all together.

Thank you @glynis. Interestingly enough, I've got to go in next week for a check up and will definitely ask my dentist about a mouth guard. I'll do anything to tone down this ringing. It's been so loud these past few days. It's driving me mad!!
