Like the ear that has hypercacusis, I can hear everything magnified more so on that side, jaw and everything, ugh, annoying.

Does hyperacusis make you hyper aware of everything including yourself? Like I can hyper aware hear internal sounds? That probably sounds stupid. Thanks for any input.

I am going through this now. Anxiety and shaking and now have a new noise in my right ear and have no idea why. Why me. Just why. I have 4 kids to take care of and all. I pray everyday. I just keep getting punched in the gut.

I am wondering this same thing. My anxiety and depression has been debilitating. I have 4 kids to take care of. My therapist appt. is Monday for the first time and wondered what has worked for everyone that does take something.
