    Still early days then. You’ll start to notice changes on your 3rd week onwards. Just make sure to walk and do what you would normally do. It will make you dizzy as hell , but it will be worth it.

    Yes. I still do , but its not as bad as it was. Its slowly fading away. I still get the ‘shock’ feeling at loud noises that are too close to my ear.

    I love anything with water sounds. So soothing. I am currently sitting in my quiet room with my waterfall sound. Trying my best to keep it below T sound. I found it difficult to use a masker to sleep at the beginning of my T. But now i cant even sit in my room without one.
