Hi Bill, I was on Mirtazapine for years but read that it makes tinnitus worse so got off it. I found it ok to get off. At one point I was very depressed so tried going back on it but found it sent my tinnitus INSANE. That was over a year ago I think. Glad I stayed off it m.
