@Melike Hi ,yes indeed ,lots of fluctuations. One day the T would be insanely loud then it would drop to next to nothing. Other times it would be very loud for days and weeks on end in the early months . I was suicidal .I lost two stone in weight at least.
Then at around the year mark I found it started to improve . I would wake in the night and my T was gone or almost gone and I would stay awake to enjoy it .
Other days I would wake up with very loud T but it would vanish once I got up.
Soon I found I am having a full week or two of peace and recently the T has actualky been vanishing TOTALLY . Oh the peace !
It now feels very weird when the T is gone . Silence feels weird.
I do still have the odd day or few hours where the T is very loud but it no longer bothers me.
Just for info I had screeching ,metal grinding noises ,buzzing ,pounding, whooshing , morse code ,rattling and the T would get louder if I turned the tv up
My ears were infected in the beginning, felt full ,hot and painful .
I often found that if I crumpled a plastic packet near my ear the T would drop massively ...weird. Or it would drop if I stirred a cup of tea !
As I write this my T is very quiet so i expect a good period of it vanishing soon .
I think sugar makes it worse.
My T was at it's worst when I had extremely high blood pressure.
Don't give up . Stress makes T much worse as does fear .
It may be that my T never totally goes away for good but i am happy with these long periods of peace.
I just live my life as I used to now and T is not going to stop me .
Good luck and keep going . I am proof it can get much better .
