I sleep with a noise machine all night. When i wake up and turn it off, My T is the loudest of the day. It seems to get better as the day progresses. Over the last couple weeks however, im going through a major spike it my T. Its very frustrating :(

I was on prefnisone twice and each time it did nothing for my T :( It did however give me headaches :(

I use just a regular fan on good nights(low volume T). On bad nights(high volume T), i use a white noise app on my ipad. Both work well for me. Thank god for my sleep hasn't really become an issue... yet. <fingers crossed>
