Is your low drone got any better?

The low drone part of my Tinnitus does vary. Sometimes it Is basically gone unlike like high pitch sound that is constant. I really think the low drone for me is eustachian tube related. When sick it goes through the roof. Prednisone and ear popping lowers the drone.
