For me, it can be a vicious cycle at times: A spike makes me anxious, which makes my perception of T much more anxiety provoking, which then affects my sleep, which makes the T worse the next day. Overall, anxiety/stress management seems very important when handling T for sure.

@Bill Bauer Sometimes I cut them in half. I do feel drowsy in the morning sometimes if I take 5mg, but if it's on the weekend, it doesn't matter as much. I'll keep experimenting with it.
