My 7 year old got ear infection one day after swimming, I see her ear has crested dry blood. GP prescribed amoxicillin oral suspension 500mg every 8 hours for 5 days. Should I be concerned about hearing loss from amoxicillin?

You are wrong. At my test centre only one of 10 have positive results and at least 2 including me has very bad results. Do this at your own peril.

None from noise damage...plenty got worse from it including me.

Yours is like mine....you should get habituated in a few months ... just do things you enjoy and you will naturally ignore T over the next few months....trust me.

If people want to say is just another video and think ear plugs are fine, they do so at their own peril. My 2 cents.

It's is not just a video it's made by an occupational therapist and he seems to know exactly what he's talking about and that seems to correlate experiences of many where ear plugs does little to protect the damage.

It did go down for me in a week or two.

Its 17.75 + 7.5 you simply don't add the 2, the 2nd layer gives 5 to 10 extra protection. But 25db means sound is 8 times lower than without protection.

All the people who think they can go to concerts/discos with ear protection .... think again ....watch this video.

You have to distract your self from T by doing thinks you like.....spending time with your friends.....this will help keep your thoughts and emotions under control.....i am sure you will do it just like the millions who did already.

Were u exposed to loud music in the past? If not you have good chance of this going away.

Trust you have good chance of getting better as yours is due to infection.....AM101 worked for T suffers with infection...but is evil think 100 times before you opt for it...as it can make it worse

:) Haha 10 hours a day means using in the office and all my collleagues asking about whats behind my ears..so i am wearing only before sleeping for an hour(not every day)....i am a bit worried if prolonged use may cause hearing damage.....but i will slowly increase.....they have not told to wear...

Thanks Micheal...I am going through TRT and i got white noise generators with me...i guess i need to use them more often ......i am only using them when my Tinnitus is annoying me once or twice a week for an hour each time.
