Going by the jaw pain and the clicking it sounds like you might have TMD (Temporomandibular Joint Disorder). You might want to check with an orthodontist and an oral surgeon. Good luck friend!

So I'm reviving this thread because I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and the doctor gave me Ibuprofen 600mg 3 times a day for 5 days, and I'm on my fifth day right now and not sure if it has affected my tinnitus but there's definitely been some bad days recently so maybe it will be better...
