  • I want to stop yelling at my family, today same thing again, I need help, but I don't know where.
FX-322 trial failed, but I'm not sure whether it's FX's fault, or the trial design. One thing is certain: It's not over yet. Let's see.
I am in the basement since 1 and a half hour, noticed fluctuations, and tried to avoid sounds. It helps avoid anxiety when you have control.
After 2 months went to school today, and I decided to leave earlier, and I got a short spike on my bike. Talk about decision making lol.
Thinking to change my room. I want to remove the piano, and use the upper shelf of my closet for canned food and water.
Despite sleeping for like 3 hours my fluctuations dropped to normal again. Time will tell if it's permament relief.
Took a picture of the canal and I have a big line of soft-orange earxax. No infection. Probably changed position.
That's it I'm moving to the basement. I have a repeater + electricity I am only missing a heater. I need damn silence.
I realized that noone really cares about me, and all people that say "look for help" are most likely garbage themselves. Why don't you help?
Meeting went well. Was too loud at first but it dropped to normal. The job is not for me sadly.
11 days spike free. Only fluctuations. Severe short spikes stopped after I started breaking that mouth biting habit.
Had a major fight with family. I don't like getting ignored especially with a condition that needs attention.
@Steph1710 I have until July left. It seems close but it's so far.

I started vocational school with tinnitus. I don't know what to do. Dropping out from vocational school is not a big deal. Countless companies accept programmers and designers with no degrees
My situation is so funny one day I'm fine the other I'm half dead. It's probably that d*mn phone xD
I think I will drop out of school. I can't concentrate anymore, I'm failing basic tasks, and I put myself at risk. What should I do..?

A solution would be a part time job for 8 to 12 hours/week for 450€ a month to keep my health insurance after dropping out. Or I could risk not having insurance. I'm trapped in one of my most important life decision.
Tinnitus went away when I was laying down today for half a second multiple times. Maybe there is a chance for a random cure moment.
