Yesterday my ringing in the right ear fluctuated a lot, specifically after using some spray hair products. Can they irritate the ears?
It sucks that we have to live with this but it sucks even more when people around you don't recognize how bad it is
I dropped out of the job. The environment is too loud even with earmuffs.
New year, new challenges. Hopefully the quantity of positivity will be big.

The bulking phase was a huge success. From 57 kg / 125 pounds to 61 kg / 134 pounds. Anxiety is also 50% less intense from strength training

I asked for a check for my jaw and hopefully it gets approved.
Ambulance almost passed near me. I took a fast turn and drove away. Damn that was cheap
