So you have permanent tinnitus, even after the cause blocking your ear was resolved? Was there a reduction since the fluid removal?

I'm not 100% sure it was the fluid BUT after the fluid was gone, yes it went down a little bit. It stayed pretty level since November 2017. As of this past month it has finally petered off to a much, much lower level.
