Okay. I am glad to hear that. I am going to test my hearing on tuesday and see if i got any hearing loss.

Okay so first of all I have not had tinnitus for so long; 4-6 weeks. And I got it from a bang. And for a couple of weeks ago I went to do some freediving and when I came home I couldn't hear the T even when I held my ears. But after some seconds I started to hear it again. And I tried this...

@josho771 Without hearing protection? if not do it. Do not risk it. It can get worse. But well good that is has not got worse. In the begining of my T i was super scared and could not stop think about it. But i have been able to ingnore it during the day. But its hard when its super quiet.

@josho771 Yeah. I went to a flight show today and there was loud jet motors running but i had hearingprotection so it havent gotten worse what i can feel.

@josho771 Okay. sorry to hear that it hasn`t gone away yet. mine has gotten lower and even taking breaks by that i mean it dissapears for a minute or two (incorect spelling i know)

@Freeatlast Well so i went to the ENT yesterday. And she checked my ear and said it was fine. Sometimes your eardrum can take some damage but i was ok. So i am going to make a hearing test to see if i lost any hearing. But she said it can go away it will take a long time thoug like 3-4 months...

@Raphael7713 Yeah. I hope so too. I read about a terrorist attack exposion and 47% of the peapole that got T from the explosion got recoverd compleatley. So i still hope for the best

@w-drak Well for me it got worse for a while but now it is better and i can sleep for 10 hours without waking up. Going to sleep is easy. And i dont think about it during the day.

@Kolisar Thank you. Yeah i have already read that post. And i think if some peapole got cured after 6 months over a terrorist bomb i can heal from a firecracker.
