right ear is feeling more sensitive and thumping a lot more in response to noises and it's starting to agitate me

saw an audiologist today, went just as i expected. “normal hearing”, declined tympanometry test, saw another doctor and i have no infection in my right ear anymore so i’m at a loss on why it’s been bothering me. such a shame.

@R3vtune, I’m sorry that you’re going through a rough patch too. I hope our visits reveal something helpful. Have you been coping alright?

Just wanted to share an update on my situation. I think the infection has run its course, but there still seems to be some irritation or discomfort in my right ear. The first two days were the toughest, and I ended up using the Maxitrol ear drops after reading that they should not cause problems...

Anxiety has been killing me. T doesn’t even seem that much worse. More bothersome than usual? Sure. But the way that my ears FEEL is getting to me. I can’t help but to feel like I’m on borrowed time.
