Yeah, have had this too. My voice along with other sounds would make my Tinnitus increase, and it would quiet down again in silence. Very strange. Always goes away tho.

So this morning, the numb feeling seems to be gone, and my hearing is fine. No change in T either. My ear feels really sore tho? Could that be a bad sign, or maybe just something unrelated?

Yes, exactly! My Ear would even feel slightly numb if I felt it or brushed it against my shoulder. If the fullness has gone, I think the sensation your having will too. Just give it time, and I think you'll get better.

Yes, it got better after a few days, but it took quite awhile to go away completely for me. Like a few weeks. But yeah, don't have that sensation at all now, thankfully.
