Hey hazar, I don't have t, but I have vascular t, and I can feel the pulsing of my blood flow on that side of my head. I agree with u that perhaps if I didn't feel it would be easier to habituate. It is very bizarre.

An MRA/MRV is a type of MRI in which they put a contrast dye in your bloodstream to see the veins and arteries in your brain. Someone with vascular tinnitus would benefit from this. But not necessarily someone with tinnitus.
