Hi @FrankFoe!
I'm not sure which part of Canada you live in, but in Mississauga there is a Rapid Access Clinic, which you may find helpful; though an audiologist might be more helpful. I was able to get an appointment with an ENT in less than a week. There is also a tinnitus clinic (Metro...

@SarahMLFlemmer I think it was meds, not really sure at this point. Actually, it started in late 2019, so almost four years. My t changes loudness from day to day, sleep seems to affect it. As you know, it's almost impossible to find any reason behind this strange affliction. Praying for better...
@SarahMLFlemmer I go to healing mass every Wednesday. Still waiting for relief, but having faith is what keeps me going sometimes. I truly believe that things can get better, even if it's only our ability to cope that improves.
@SarahMLFlemmer After my experience with the vax I can firmly say that I believe any foreign chemical in the body can have a detrimental effect. Hence why I am back in chronic pain/migraine status. If you have neck pain I would suggest consulting with an upper cervical chiro. I pray every day...
Knowing that I have cervicogenic migraines that became chronic at the same time the t started, I think this is a viable option. Now I just need to find someone with that machine. :P
Hi @SarahMLFlemmer . I learned the hard way it is better to make appointments and cancel then have to wait months. Have you seen an audiologist yet? I'm 3.5 years in and life is still surreal much of the time. Hang in there! Sometimes coping is what gets us through to the better days. :)
Hey @Sonic17.
Not sure where in Canada you reside, but in Mississauga there is an orthopedic surgeon (Heal Sports Medicine) that performs prolotherapy and PRP (see link below). I have had a consultation with him for my thumb (covered by OHIP) and scans indicate tendonitis. He quoted me $200 for...
@pleasejuststop, can I ask where your chronic pain stems from? I have chronic neck/shoulder pain and cervicogenic migraines. Just wondering if an upper cervical chiropractor could help you. Hope you're having a good day (or at least okay)! :)
I wish you a speedy recovery Sannush! And thank you for being so positive, we all know it is not an easy thing to do. Stay strong (but don't be afraid to be weak sometimes too).
**hugs**
