This is an interesting thread and I want to add my comments as something bizarre has happened in the last 7 days. I was diagnosed with mild tinnitus and pain hyperacusis almost a year ago, it largely went away but came back in April and I made it significantly worse over the next 2 months...

I was thinking about this Saturday whilst I was lying there spending another £35. How often can you do it? Seems to last about 48 hours for me.

For nerve pain it should only take a week or so to work, for depression 4-6 weeks. If they don't work after 2 weeks, I will ditch them.
