I found hydroxyzine 50 mg, 5 mg melatonin, my blood pressure med atenolol 25 mg, it's far from a cure but these do take the edge off and I believe eating makes it worse when it a meal high in carbs.

I have taken it since onset of pulsatile tinnitus & tinnitus and it helps to relax, sometimes I feel it lowers it a little bit. Try to take them 2 hours before bed and then melotonin 5mg at bed time and you should sleep good. I never had a problem with sleep and I have it loud 4/10 to 9/1o good...

I'm a garbage man w/ pulsatile tinnitus and tinnitus. just got back to work after one year off, it's not as bad as my mind convinced myself that it would be but it's still hard but not impossible

i have it too.. mine started in my left ear then both kinda sounds like some one walking in snow, hydroxyzine helps in the evening to calm it down, melotonin helps to sleep a lot
