Thank you, I am very skeptical about taking anything from now on, it’s still annoying me but the fact that it's more manageable and I can actually sleep without a fan now is a great move forward. Thank you.

I heard this too, and yeah I probably do haha, but I haven’t been taking anything but GABA so it's either the GABA or a coincidence that it's starting to fade naturally whether I took the GABA or not. But I wanted to share with anyone just in case anyone else has success with this drug :)

No, it is just a form of a pill, GABA 500mg from the Body&Fit website, cost me £5 :)

Hey everyone, long time tinnitus sufferer here. I got tinnitus from loud noise at age 14, and I habituated/got better. 8 weeks ago I had an extreme tinnitus spike, due to medication ‘Finasteride’. It drove me insane, suicidal. I wanted to kill myself etc. I didn't want to be here anymore...
