Thank you for asking. And the answer is yes. I'm doing much better. Tinnitus is there, still have hearing damage but I can live a normal life for the most part. Im so happy to have healed as much as I have it's insane…. It's a whole story id like to share one day. How are you holding up Mark?
Wow so it’s been a year since my accident. I still regret that day but am so grateful to hear the way I do right now even though it’s still not perfect.
Personally, I didn’t take any medication—just a lot of struggle and prayer through it all. I am much better now, still not 100%, but I’m amazed at how far I’ve come. Keep your head up; I assure you, it gets better.
No treatments. It literally got better. I remember the first 2 months I couldn’t hear high pitched noises with an audio I would use, now I can. I still can’t hear the way I once did but I adjusted and healed
I also can relate to having good and bad days as far as hearing and T. Sometimes I’ll feel like it’s worse than other days, but for the most part I’m just grateful I’m not deaf and T is much lower. I’m good & you will be too I truly believe that
@NL50 You’re going to be fine trust me and trust God on that. At week 3 for me I wanted to vanish this earth. It was so extremely bad. The HL, the T, and hyperacusis was too much for me to tolerate. I still have all symptoms but as I mentioned they have healed.
