My tinnitus is constantly worsened by vibrations, driving, walking, anything that makes my inner ear vibrate, I don't understand how but hopefully this can help me too.

God, I'd hate a desk job but I have not got much choice, tinnitus has truly robbed me my life.

It seems that whatever job I take, after time my tinnitus is made worse by what I do, I drive at the moment and have been putting up with the progressively worsening tinnitus in one ear caused by the vibrations and a new hum has started in my other ear and is getting worse after every shift...

Thank you for your help guys, I have posted a link to the ingredients in my original post which I can see so not sure why some are asking me about ingredients lol, it says Mutant Mass in the picture too. I will stop drinking it for a few days and see what happens.

I started drinking protein shakes and they contain a lot of amino acids, my tinnitus started ringing more after drinking it but it might be a coincidence as my tinnitus goes from bad to worse to bad weekly. I take 2 scoops in one drink daily.

My right ear is very sensitive to vibration, if I wear earplugs and walk I can hear my tinnitus vibrating in my ear with every step... the tinnitus shudders every time my heel hits the floor. I drive for a job and on top of my usual high pitched tinnitus another lower frequency tone has...

I found one link to a forum where somebody bought Ultimate HGH supplement which obviously is a supplement and not the real thing but he says it helped reduce his tinnitus by a third.

I have been drinking a new protein drink for the past week which includes a long list of amino acids and including 3 branch chained amino acids which apparently can mess with the neurotransmitters in the brain I have read. I am quick to blame it on the vibrations from work as that's what causes...

My right ear is always the bad ear that gets worse, always hearing the tinnitus in the right side of the head too but the other night a new lower tone in my left ear started up. It went away mostly after a night's sleep but after work the day after it came back and after sleeping it's still...

I used to get spikes in the form of an extremely high frequency hiss over everything when I took antihistamines in the past, the same spike I would get from stress or when I took citalopram, I use antihistamine cream now but luckily I dont have the skin issue as bad as I did before.
