Can anyone offer me hope about reactive tinnitus? I've had it almost 10 months now and I’m exhausted. If it weren’t for my daughter I’d be dead now.

Even on Ativan I have severe panic attacks. When did your panic attacks subside? Having a huge set back. At 5 months in was finally off the Ativan. Huge setback with grommets. Now I am sick all day long with worry. Fear. Depression. Concerns. Afraid the tinnitus will kill me.

I’m worried I will never get used to this reactive high pitched tinnitus. I only get a break from it in the shower. I feel sick. I wake up and I could vomit from all the anxiety. When will the anxiety go?
